valentine's day stuff

So I forgot to post Valentine's day stuff! I managed to create a couple of cards and mailed them out in time (whew!) and then had a fun time making some treats, too.

(I must've had some sort of red-black-white bug going on here ...)

I really wish I wasn't allergic to raspberries because I sure do miss enjoying these linzer cookies. They're one of Tony's favorites. Lucky dude.

So for a little twist this year (and so that I could enjoy them too - LOL!), I made a few with melted chocolate in the middle instead of the raspberries. Yum yum!

the definition of my life lately

Been going through some major life changes over the past week. When I saw this commercial during the Super Bowl, I could swear it was based on my life.
